Apogee is our mid-year planning meeting, where not only does the board meet in person to talk about the state of Mach 30 and plan for the next 6 months, but also a time to engage with the community. We invite everyone interested in Mach 30, from those wanting to learn more, to those that want to see some of the work we’re doing in person, to volunteer that have been with the organization for years. There’s a variety of topics that are discussed, including Mach 30’s vision for the future of itself and associated communities, and at least one session to work collaboratively, in-person, on learning and/or developing new tools and software. We’ve even had a session on learning how to do space art with spray-paint!
