Ok, that’s a bit of a stretch.  Seth probably doesn’t know about Mach 30 (yet).

But the point he made about Who owns Wikipedia on his blog this morning applies here as well.

The reason Mach 30 is incorporating as a nonprofit, and is looking to you, our supporters, for funding (rather than large government grants) is because we believe a space access organization owned by “regular people who want to go to space” is the only way “regular people” will ever really get to go to space.
